A lecture on “Multi-Leader-Follower Games: Theory and Applications in Energy Management” and joint research planning.

The center invited Professor Dr. Didier Aussel of Laboratoire PROMES-CNRS (UPR 8521), Université de Perpignan Via Domitia, France, an expert in bilevel optimization, multi-leader-follower games and generalized Nash equilibrium problems, to work at the Department of Mathematics, Chiang Mai University, from 3 to 8 September 2026.

He lectured on “Multi-Leader-Follower Games: Theory and Applications in Energy Management” and on further optimization topics, and held in-depth discussions with faculty, researchers and graduate students to set joint research directions and continued collaboration between the two institutions.
